Reservations are needed for all Spa services. Credit cards are required to guarantee your reservation. Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. To avoid being charged for cancelled reservations, please notify us 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. All Spa packages require a 48 hour cancellation notice.

Please notify our Spa Consultant before reserving your treatments if you are pregnant, or have high blood pressure, special physical concerns, or diabetes. All spa guests will be asked to complete a brief questionnaire upon check-in, designed with your well being in mind.

If arrival is delayed, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment but this is not always possible. Service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guests as treatments and are charged at full value. Last minute changes to appointments will be honored only if a service appointment is available for a later time in the day (of your appointment) and other guests are not inconvenienced.

With tranquility as our main concern, we ask that you please observe our no cell phone policy. We request that you turn off all cell phones before entering the spa area. All emergency calls can be directed through our front desk. Please understand this is for the comfort of our guests.

Due to our limited seating and our quest to maintain the spa’s ambiance, the spa facilities are reserved for clients only. We are unable to accommodate visitors accompanying clients in the treatment areas or the relaxation areas of the spa including those complying with our age restriction policy. The Renaissance European Day Spa is an adult facility. We are unable to provide services to guests accompanied by children. For the safety of your children and the comfort of other guests, this policy is strictly enforced.

Gift Certificates, prepays, and series expire one year after the purchase date. Gift Certificates are for a specific dollar amount, services stated are for suggestion only Gift certificates are completely transferrable just non-refundable.

We accept guests aged 13+ for nail and facial services. Massage services are designed for guests aged 16+ . All guests under the age of 18 require parental release before the services can be rendered.
So that all guests may experience a pleasant and peaceful environment, we ask that only those receiving services accompany you to the spa. We are unable to provide services to guests accompanied by children.

We are constantly expanding our services to bring you the latest and greatest. Although we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time. We love having you as a client, but we do reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.
