Guest Policies
At The Renaissance Day Spa, we are committed to providing a relaxing and seamless experience for all of our guests. To ensure the comfort and enjoyment of everyone who visits, we kindly ask that you take a moment to familiarize yourself with our guest policies. These guidelines are designed to maintain a peaceful environment, uphold safety standards, and help us deliver exceptional service. Whether you’re booking a treatment, arriving for your appointment, or planning a group visit, our policies are here to help make your experience stress-free and enjoyable.
Spa Reservation
To ensure your preferred appointment time, it is recommended you schedule your spa experience with as much advance notice as possible. Our professional team of service providers allocate time especially for each guest, therefore, a credit card is required to guarantee all reservations. All spa reservations are subject to availability and reserved on a first come first serve basis. All services and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Credit cards are required to reserve all appointments, including those using gift certificates or series. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
Spa Cancelations and rescheduling
All appointments made at The Renaissance are considered confirmed reservations at the time of scheduling. As a courtesy, you will receive a reminder call or text for your confirmed reservation prior to your appointment. Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule reservations, we require a 24-hour advance notice for single services and a 48-hour advance notice for any spa packages or multiple treatments lasting more than 2 hours. Insufficient notice to cancel or reschedule reservations is subject to charges up to the full service value. All no show reservations will be assessed a charge at full value of services. Spa Parties or Groups are subject to terms of agreement for cancellations.
Spa arrivals
We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. For a new guest, please allow 30 minutes to accommodate completion of your guest profile. Spa robes, slippers, lockers and beverages are provided for your comfort. Delayed arrival may limit the time for your experience, and can reduce the effectiveness of your treatment as well as the expectations of your visit. In consideration of other spa guests, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals, and the full price of your service will be charged. Please notify our spa team if you have any special physical or medical needs or conditions that should be considered prior to your services (i.e. pregnancy, high blood pressure, diabetes, recent surgeries, product sensitivities or aggressive medications). We recommend that valuable items be left at home. The Renaissance is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Spa Requirements
We accept guests aged 13+ for nail and facial services. Massage services are designed for guests aged 16+ . All guests under the age of 18 require parental release before the services can be rendered.
So that all guests may experience a pleasant and peaceful environment, we ask that only those receiving services accompany you to the spa. We are unable to provide services to guests accompanied by children.
Spa Payments, Gift Certificates and Series
Payments are accepted in the form of Cash, most Major Credit Cards, Renaissance Day Spa Gift Certificates, and Series/Packs.
Gift Certificates and Prepays expire one year after their purchase date. Gift Certificates contain a value which may be used to purchase products and services at face value. Services listed on any gift certificate are for a suggestion, the gift certificate is for the specific value that is registered. The gift certificate must be present at time of purchase and the available balance will be applied to your transaction. Prices are subject to change without notice. Redemption of this certificate is subject to certain restrictions and expirations. Gift Certificates and Prepays are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Any used balance will be reissued with the original expiration date. The Renaissance is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorized use of the gift certificate. Gift Certificates can not be used toward gratuities.
Series or Packs of services expire one year after their purchase date and are not refundable, non shareable, and non transferrable. Series can be converted to spa credit but will be subject to the loss of any discounts that were applied.
Merchandise Returns
We do not accept returns on any spa retail or merchandise. All sales are final.
