Group Reservation Guidelines

To ensure the smooth coordination of services and the best possible experience for our guests, any group of 3 or more individuals seeking services must engage with one of our dedicated Group Reservation Specialist. This specialist will assist in customizing the group’s itinerary, scheduling appointments, and managing any special requests or accommodations. We believe this personalized approach guarantees seamless coordination and ensures that each guest receives the attention and treatments they deserve.

Party Coordinator
To facilitate clear and effective communication, we recommend appointing a party coordinator within your group. The group coordinator will act as the primary contact person for the group and will liaise directly with our staff to schedule appointments, make deposits and payments, and arrange any special accommodations.


Deposit and Payment
A 25% non refundable down payment is due at the time of booking the group reservation. A credit card will then be placed on file that guarantees the group reservation. 
Full payment for the remaining balance is due upon completion of services. Additional charges incurred during the visit will be settled before departure.
Payment for group reservations is non refundable and only transferrable until 1 week before your scheduled party date.
A gratuity of 20% will be automatically added to the final bill for all group reservations


Refunds and Transfers
Payment for group reservations is non-refundable but may be transferable up to 1 week before the scheduled party date. If a guest needs to drop out after this time, their reserved services may be filled by a replacement guest on the original date and time.


Cancellation Policy
Any changes or cancellations to the group reservation can be made up to 1 week before the scheduled party date. Changes made after this date will result in a cancellation fee of up to the full amount of the services booked. Please note that group deposits are non-refundable.


Group Conduct
We kindly ask that you please respect the tranquility of the spa environment and maintain a quiet and peaceful atmosphere for all guests.
Use of cell phones and electronic devices should be minimized to preserve the relaxation of the spa. Kindly refrain from using mobile phones for calls while in the spa. 


Reservation Modifications
Any changes to the group reservation should only be made by the party coordinator
Any modifications to your reservation must be made 1 week prior to the date of the reservation.
