The Renaissance
Our delicious signature salad is prepared with a variety of mixed greens and baby spinach tossed with black olives, mushrooms, tomatoes, feta cheese, pine nuts, croutons, and grilled chicken breast. Served with balsmaic vinaigrette and breadsticks.

Citrus Spinach Salad
A light and refreshing mix of fresh baby spinach with sliced strawberries, mandarin oranges, golden raisins, and sunflower seeds. Served with poppy seed vinaigrette and breadsticks.

Chicken Caesar Salad
Chopped romaine lettuce with crisp croutons, Parmesan cheese and grilled chicken breast. Served with classic Caesar dressing and breadsticks.

Roasted Turkey
Fresh roasted turkey piled high with provolone cheese, cucumber, lettuce, tomato and hummus on whole wheat pita bread. Served with fresh fruit and carrot salad.

Mediterranean Wrap
Grilled chicken breast with chopped romaine, cucumbers, tomatoes, black olives, red peppers and feta with balsamic vinaigrette on a tomato basil wrap. Served with fresh fruit and carrot salad.

Portobello and Pepper
Balsamic marinated Portobello mushrooms and peppers served with provolone and pesto on a spinach tortilla wrap. Add grilled chicken breast if you'd like. Served with fresh fruit and carrot salad.
