Spa Policies

Please take a moment to review our spa policies. Our courteous staff is available to answer any questions you may have. Please feel free to contact us.

Appointments & Cancellation
Reservations are needed for all Spa services. Credit cards are required to guarantee your reservation. Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. To avoid being charged for cancelled reservations, please notify us 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. All Spa packages require a 48 hour cancellation notice.

No Cell Phone
With tranquility as our main concern, we ask that you please observe our no cell phone policy. We request that you turn off all cell phones before entering the spa area or salon. All emergency calls can be directed through our front desk. Please understand this is for the comfort of our guests.

Age & Children Policy
The Renaissance European Day Spa is an adult facility. However, you may take advantage of our complimentary child care at the Eutaw spa or the Bordeaux spa. We are unable to provide services to guests accompanied by children. For the safety of your children and the comfort of other guests, this policy is strictly enforced.

Gift Certificates
Renaissance European Day Spa Gift Certificates are available for individual services, treatment services, corporate gifts and incentives, specific dollar amounts, products or gifts.

The recipient may call us at their convenience to schedule any one or a combination of services purchased. Single service requests can usually be accommodated with a 10 day notice. Multiple service requests may require a minimum 14 days notice. Gift Certificates and prepays are non-refundable and completely transferable and may be redeemed for any of our services or merchandise that you choose.

Merchandise Returns
If you are not satisfied with the merchandise that you have purchased, you may receive a store credit within 15 days of purchase. However, we cannot issue credit for merchandise that has been depleted by 25% or more.
