History

The parent company of The Renaissance European Day Spa, The Spa Fitness and Wellness Center began in 1975. Our mission was to enhance the quality of human life through physical fitness. Over the years, the commitment to provide quality facilities, programs, and instruction resulted in the expansion of the business and the commitment to overall wellness.

In 1997, the company launched the next step in its endeavor. The Eutaw location was expanded and The Renaissance European Day Spa opened. Our corporation distinguished itself in the community through the personal attention given to our clients, associates, partners and contacts. The Day Spa became a place that people visited and never forgot!

Today, our company has expanded to accommodate our client's growing needs. We opened a second fitness center in 2002 at the Bordeaux location and a second Day Spa in 2006 at the Purdue location. We have grown from a mere 15 employees to 200! We are the best in the business and continue to offer wellness as a delicate balance.
